Key Responsibilities:<\/b> Identify and develop new business opportunities within hotels, interior fit\-out companies, developers, and holiday homes<\/b>. Promote and sell upholstery and furnishing solutions<\/b> to potential clients. Achieve a minimum revenue target of AED 500,000+<\/b>. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations<\/b> to clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business. Coordinate with operations and production teams<\/b> to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow\-ups to close sales opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Requirements:<\/b> 4â5 years of experience<\/b> in upholstery, furnishing, or interior fit\-out sales<\/b>. Experience dealing with hotels, developers, interior fit\-out companies, and holiday homes<\/b>. Valid UAE Driving License<\/b> is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills<\/b>. Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/b>. Ability to achieve sales targets and build long\-term client relationships.
