Job Description:<\/b>

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-driven Sales Engineer<\/b> with 4–5 years of experience in the upholstery and furnishing industry<\/b>. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned revenue targets within the UAE market.
<\/div>

<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hotels, interior fit\-out companies, developers, and holiday homes<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Promote and sell upholstery and furnishing solutions<\/b> to potential clients.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Achieve a minimum revenue target of AED 500,000+<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations<\/b> to clients.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with operations and production teams<\/b> to ensure smooth project execution.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow\-ups to close sales opportunities.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Requirements:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 4–5 years of experience<\/b> in upholstery, furnishing, or interior fit\-out sales<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience dealing with hotels, developers, interior fit\-out companies, and holiday homes<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Valid UAE Driving License<\/b> is mandatory.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to achieve sales targets and build long\-term client relationships.
