Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the planning, design and version management of the board game / gaming platform product line, coordinating the whole product life cycle;
2.Deeply understand the target users, market and competing products, and explore the optimization points of gameplay and commercialization opportunities;
3.Design and write detailed product requirement documents (PRD), prototype diagrams, and promote multi-team collaboration in R&D, design, testing, etc;
4. Participate in the product design of core gameplay, recharge system, mission activities, props mall, leaderboards and other functions;
5. Responsible for data monitoring and user feedback analysis after product launch, continuous iteration and optimization of user experience and key indicators (such as retention, LTV, ARPU);
6.Collaborate closely with marketing, operation and BI teams to promote the closed-loop landing of product and campaign strategies;
7.Follow up the board game industry or gaming trends, and output forward-looking product planning programs.
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in internet / game / BC related products;
2.Familiar with board games (e.g. Fight the Landlord, Fried Gold, Mahjong, etc.) or gaming products gameplay and user preferences;
3.Proficient in product design process, able to independently output high-quality PRD, flowchart, prototype diagram (Axure / Figma, etc.);
4.Strong data analysis skills, able to use data to drive product decisions;
5. Strong communication skills, with cross-departmental collaboration, project promotion and multi-task management skills;
6. Priority to those who have globalized product vision, understand overseas user habits or have participated in overseas projects;
7. Familiar with the recharge system, anti-cheating logic, membership system and other core gaming functions is preferred
8. user behavior data analysis; find problems through analysis; solve problems; regulate activity values and game values
Extra points
1Experienced in platform level products in BC industry (e.g. real life, lottery, sports module development);
2 Familiar with wind control, fund flow, and user level system design;
3 Be able to skillfully read English or Southeast Asian market data and reports;
4 In-depth understanding of game user psychology and behavior is preferred.
