Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade AI applications that transform business requirements into secure, scalable, and production-ready digital solutions. You will develop end-to-end AI products by combining modern full-stack development with AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative AI products that drive digital transformation across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered web applications from concept to production.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Develop backend services, REST APIs, databases, and integration layers using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, NestJS, or Express.
  • Integrate AI models, LLMs, and enterprise AI services into business applications.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
  • Build AI agents and intelligent workflows capable of task execution, tool calling, and workflow automation.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, OAuth, JWT, and secure API design.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate business requirements and Figma designs into functional applications.
  • Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems including HR, Finance, Document Management, Ticketing Systems, and APIs.
  • Develop reusable AI components, prompt templates, orchestration workflows, and engineering standards.
  • Create unit tests, integration tests, and AI-specific testing for prompts, retrieval, and model outputs.
  • Monitor application performance, latency, AI quality, usage metrics, and operational reliability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously optimize AI applications.
  • Work closely with AI Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, Security, and Business Stakeholders.
  • Document technical solutions, deployment processes, and support handover documentation.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, source control, and agile software delivery practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Azure AI, Azure Developer, Azure AI Foundry, or Cloud Technologies are advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in Full Stack Development, AI Engineering, or Cloud Platforms will be beneficial.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Full Stack Software Development, Backend Engineering, or AI Application Development.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience developing cloud-based applications or enterprise digital platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience developing backend services using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, NestJS, or Express.
  • Proven experience building REST APIs, GraphQL services, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or similar databases.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Claude APIs, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience building AI-powered applications using RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise search.
  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT, RBAC, and secure application development.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt versioning, AI evaluation, and AI application testing.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise applications.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.
  • Exposure to Fintech, Banking, Telecommunications, Payments, or Enterprise Technology environments is advantageous.
  • Experience developing conversational AI, chatbots, AI copilots, workflow automation, or voice/IVR solutions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI, privacy regulations, and secure-by-design engineering principles is preferred.
