Key Objectives- Accurately input and update patient and operational data into our systems.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Support administrative processes through timely and precise data management.
Responsibilities- Enter patient records, appointment details, and treatment information into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Verify accuracy of data by reviewing, correcting, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth workflow and data consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed for internal use.
- Adhere to company policies and HIPAA regulations regarding data confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or wellness sectors.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
