We are looking for an ambitious Cyber Security Engineer to join our team and help expand our offensive security capabilities. In this role, you'll contribute to our mission of helping organisations understand how they could be compromised—in real time—by simulating adversary behaviour and uncovering security weaknesses.

Job Scope

Offensive Security Innovation
Lead and contribute to R&D initiatives that push the boundaries of offensive security. Youll help replicate adversary tactics at scale to identify vulnerabilities and generate actionable security insights.

Architecting Scalable Solutions
Design and implement scalable, cloud-based infrastructure that powers advanced offensive security tooling, ensuring reliable performance even under high-demand workloads.

Cloud-Driven Engineering
Leverage cloud-native technologies to build resilient, data-intensive systems that support offensive security research and large-scale data processing.

Data Pipeline Development
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to process attack surface and offensive security data, enabling real-time insights that strengthen Red Team operations.

Ideal Traits

We'd love to speak with you if you have 2–5 years of software engineering experience, along with the following:

Red Team & Offensive Security Exposure
Experience or familiarity with building or deploying offensive security solutions, and an understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Cloud Infrastructure Experience
Hands-on experience designing and scaling cloud-based systems that support intensive data processing and real-time security analysis.

Innovative Mindset
A proactive approach to security research and problem solving, with the ability to navigate complex or ambiguous challenges and turn them into practical solutions.

Programming Skills
Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages, with a focus on writing scalable, maintainable code.

Bonus Experience

  • Have contributed to open source projects

  • Have experience working with large datasets or big data in a security context

  • Possess hands-on offensive security experience (e.g., red teaming, vulnerability research, or CTF competitions)

  • Have a solid understanding of common vulnerabilities across application, network, or cloud security.
