What you'll do
As an Assistant Director of Engineering you'll love

- Our is responsible
for ensuring the Engineering maintenance is compliant with legislation,
protects public safety and hotel equipment during their day. This
will include mobilizing and inspiring the Engineering team members and
supervisors to build a high performing team all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best
experience.
- Our
Assistant Director of Engineering also manages operational costs and profitability
and drives improvement in guest satisfaction as well as monitoring and
improving Engineering practices, policies and procedures to ensure a
seamless 24/7 operation and Engineering service.
- The
successful candidate will, in partnership with the Area Director of
Engineering, support the whole engineering team through recruitment,
mentorship, wellbeing and personal development, all to ensure the success
of our employees.

What you'll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury
hospitality environment
- ONC/HNC or City & Guilds in Engineering or
Building Services, mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
- Extensive experience in areas such as construction,
plumbing, carpentry, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, HVAC,
and mechanical systems
- Strong
verbal communication skills
- Positive
and enthusiastic attitude
