About the Role
This is a focused Traineeship program designed for aspiring software engineers who are passionate about the future of Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise Automation. You will be immersed in a hands-on learning environment, gaining expertise in the ServiceNow platform while immediately applying that knowledge to integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
You will join a dynamic team committed to mentorship, where you will learn to build intelligent systems that automate service requests, summarize incidents, and enhance self-service experiences. If you have a strong technical foundation and an insatiable desire to learn complex systems, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Foundations: Complete high-level training in ServiceNow development fundamentals, including working with JavaScript, GlideScript, and the platform's core applications (ITSM).
Code Implementation: Write and test simple business rules, client scripts, and custom utility functions within ServiceNow, focusing on adhering to coding standards and best practices.
API & Integration Skills: Learn to utilize ServiceNow Integration Hub and standard REST APIs to connect the platform with external services, specifically focusing on integrating with LLM providers.
System Maintenance: Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting new features and enhancements across the integrated ServiceNow and AI ecosystem.
Agile Methodology: Actively participate in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demonstrating a strong team orientation Community Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration.
[What we are looking for]
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related quantitative/technical field.
Core Programming: Demonstrated proficiency (academic or project-based) in JavaScript or Python.
Foundational Knowledge: Solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Technical Aptitude: A strong curiosity and willingness to learn complex enterprise software (ServiceNow) and evolving AI/LLM technologies.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to logically approach and solve technical challenges, demonstrated through coursework or personal projects.
Database/API Basics: Foundational knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and how web services communicate (e.g., REST, JSON).
