How we live the FundApps Values

  • Be-Transparent: Default to maximum transparency with your direct reports, your team and stakeholders. Do so with respect and care, and you’re on to a winner 💪
  • Have-Courage: Lean into difficult conversations. Avoiding awkwardness can let situations fester, bad habits be reinforced. Practice giving, and receiving feedback often. Be direct, and don’t forget you’re speaking to another person: aspire to compassion.
  • Raise-The-Bar: Grow yourself by investing time in your skills and learning (let go of your old tools, invest in the new toolbox you will need!). Help your people improve and grow, and inspire them to improve their code, tools, and systems.
  • Do-More-With-Less: Time is your most precious resource. Prioritisation, focus and delegation are the tools of our job!
  • Work-With-Purpose: Be determined, be curious - think of situations that arise as opportunities for problem solving. Things will go wrong - we learn, improve - and move on!
