Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data visualization tools, and expertise in SQL and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling.

• Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations).

• Design and maintain KPIs and performance metrics.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance compliance.

• Mentor junior analysts and review their work.

• Present findings to senior leadership with clear storytelling and visualization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • SQL (advanced level)

  • Data visualization tools

  • Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.

• Strong understanding of statistics (regression, hypothesis testing, A/B testing).

• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
