What You Will Do:

• Manage end-to-end services like Implementation, Support and Upgrades around Hydrocarbon accounting using Energy Components product.
• Perform tasks independently and holds ownership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee work assigned to individual team members and manage work quality, timely delivery, and documentation. This includes proactively collaborating with junior team members to overcome any technical challenges and roadblocks.
• Balance workload priorities across multiple concurrent upgrades and deliverables for various customers
• Mentor team members to practice resourceful problem-solving and inspire them to achieve individual career goals and shared team objectives
• Oversee improvements to documentation around upgrade activities
• Oversee team implementation of standard best practices and identify possible improvements to technical processes & team workflow
• Understand, follow, and broadcast process changes to team members
• And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in delivering Energy Components Solutions is required for this position.
• Working on Energy components upgrade projects is an advantage.
• Good technical skills in software technologies such as Java, Oracle PL/SQL within Linux and Windows environment
• Good technical experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving code errors, and fixing bug issues.
• Experienced in Cloud Infrastructure services (i.e., AWS and Azure) would be added advantage
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills to resolve issues as well as providing short-term and long-term solutions
• Candidates with experience in Oil and Gas industry and/or hydrocarbon accounting are encouraged to apply  
• Proficient in communicating to stakeholders in English.
• A team player and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Additional Details

• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
