Expected Skillset:

  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Proficient in English communication (written and oral)
  • Exposure to reporting processes and strategy building 
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint advanced level proficiency
  • Project management or PMO experience will be helpful
  • A fair knowledge on ServiceNow tool will be an added advantage


Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supporting KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) for Advisory Regional Tier 2 team for tracking their KPIs
  • Draw insights from historical dataset and other data analytics
  • Analyze the data set in detail; support country leads to enhance data quality; compare data month on month and report observations and findings
  • Handle various operational and reporting activities including reports and trackers, timelines, and monthly status reports. 
  • Maintain a consolidated database and conduct insight driven analysis for client’s data to determine the current situation and improve the business results 
  • Collaborate across the KDN, Product / Solutions teams, and Global Strategy Program portfolio for additional reporting needs
  • Assist in delivering well organized reports in advanced dashboards like advanced excel and Power BI (experience on ServiceNow will be an added advantage)
  • Proven ability in coordination, problem solving and time management.
  • Ability to articulate findings in a clear manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Drive annual Planning and Analytics including typical operational activities and Management Reporting - such as Bookings/Pipeline vs. Operational Cost Landscape
  • Support KDN Leadership with other ad-hoc requests for special events and meetings

 

 

Role summary:

The KDN Operations & Reporting support will work with KDN leadership and other stakeholders to achieve operational excellence within the newly formed entity KDN India (in 2025). This individual will lead & support operational team members to design, execute, and enhance key operational processes including basic financial management, scorecards and dashboards, executive reporting and management of various operational metrics. Team member will also support key governance processes and ensure fiscal responsibility of the program.  Prior operational experience required. 

 



Qualifications

 

Experience & Knowledge (Indicate the experience and knowledge required to perform the job at a fully competent level)

  • Experience with metric reporting, other operational and management reporting 
  • Experience working with and managing global teams
  • Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team schedules
  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel user experience
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, PowerBi applications will be preferred 
  • A successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years related experience in managing complex projects and leading various reporting activities for executive consumption
  • Bachelor’s degree must, Master’s degree preferred.
