You will build and ship core AI features, lead enterprise deployments for global insurers, and shape the technical foundation of a fast-growing startup backed by Project A and industry executives from Allianz and AXA.

What you will do:
Architect and ship full-stack AI features and agentic workflows using Python, FastAPI/Django, and React to automate complex risk engineering processes.
Lead on-premise enterprise deployments using Docker and manage technical relationships with client IT and infosec teams across multiple international regions.
Drive critical architectural decisions and establish high-output development processes that scale the engineering team's delivery capabilities by 10x.
The ideal candidate:
7+ years of software engineering experience with expert-level Python skills and a proven track record of shipping products from scratch to real users.
Extensive experience with enterprise-grade deployments, including hands-on expertise with Docker, networking, and infrastructure debugging in production client environments.
Highly productive with modern AI development tools and LLM integrations, possessing the communication skills to represent the engineering team in high-stakes customer meetings.
