What You`ll Do:
- Lead industrial electricians to minimize downtime and keep things running smoothly
- Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade plant equipment and control systems
- Design and manage small to mid-sized electrical projects
- Keep schematics, software, and documentation current and organized
- Share your troubleshooting know-how with the team
- Manage spare parts and test equipment to stay repair-ready
- Promote safety and teamwork across departments
- Support continuous improvement and ISO initiatives
- Handle proper labeling and disposal of hazardous materials
