What your main responsibilities are:

Main Responsibilities

• Develop competitive pricing strategies with sales and marketing to optimize profitability and win ratio.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and regions.

• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

What You’ll Work On

• Analyze P&L and recommend margin/yield improvements.

• Act as a technical expert, supporting management with complex analysis and projects.

• Mentor new joiners and collaborate with the team to deliver results.

What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, attention to detail, influencing and presentation skills. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or project management is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline. Master's degree or PhD preferred.

Relevant work experience as in data analysis based on the following number of years:
Standard I: Two (2) years
Standard II: Three (3) years
Senior I: Four (4) years
Senior II: Five (5) years
