*Salary:* AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month

*Job Summary*

We are hiring a *Civil Site Engineer* to manage day-to-day execution of high-end residential interior & villa renovation projects across Dubai. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality, safety, and timely handover as per approved drawings.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Site Execution*: Supervise all civil & interior works – block work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, false ceiling, joinery installation for villas/apartments

2. *Drawing & BOQ*: Study approved shop drawings, GFC drawings, and BOQ. Ensure work is executed as per specifications

3. *Quality Control*: Conduct daily quality checks, raise inspection requests, and coordinate with consultant/client for approvals

4. *Manpower & Material*: Plan daily labor allocation, monitor productivity, and raise material requests to avoid site delays

5. *MEP Coordination*: Coordinate with MEP team for civil provisions, sleeve cutting, and clash-free execution

6. *Progress Monitoring*: Track daily progress, update site diary, prepare weekly progress reports with photos for PM

7. *Safety & Snagging*: Implement site safety standards. Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification before handover

8. *Client Handling*: Attend site meetings with clients, architects, and consultants. Address site queries professionally

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- *Education*: B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering

- *Experience*: 2-4 years in UAE/GCC handling residential interiors, villa fit out, or luxury apartment projects

- *Technical*: Strong knowledge of finishes, waterproofing, tiling, carpentry, gypsum works & Dubai Municipality standards

- *Software*: AutoCAD for marking drawings. MS Excel for reports. MS Project knowledge is a plus

- *Skills*: Site supervision, contractor handling, client communication, problem solving

- *Other*: Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. Should have transferable visa / NOC if employed in UAE
