Role Overview

AMTSOL is seeking an experienced DeltaV Commissioning Support Engineer to join our Singapore team. The role involves providing commissioning support, code modification, change control management, and documentation updates to ensure successful project execution and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide commissioning support for Emerson DeltaV systems (V13–15).
• Perform logic/code modifications as per site and process requirements.
• Manage change control processes in alignment with project and compliance standards.
• Update and maintain technical documentation (FDS, DDS, FAT/SAT reports, change logs).
• Conduct system diagnostics, IO checks, and loop testing during commissioning.
• Support FAT/SAT execution and coordinate with client teams for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience in DeltaV commissioning and support.
• Strong knowledge of logic development, code modification, and batch implementation.
• Experience in change control management and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with third‑party communication protocols (Modbus, OPC).
• Exposure to FAT/SAT execution, site commissioning, and operator training.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
• Certifications in DeltaV Batch, SIS, or related modules.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
