Analyst – Financial reporting and IGAAP reporting| Mumbai

This role is responsible for preparing financial reporting including compliance with RBI circular and accounting standard 

• Preparation for I-GAAP reporting.
• Variance analysis of the financial statement on monthly basis.
• Monthly presentation for CFO.
• Review of internal control over the financial presentation and finance department.
• Ensure that compliance with accounting standard as per I-GAAP standard.
• Risk and control monitoring for the finance function and ORMD.
• Putting up various notes to Audit Committees and Board for Approval/Noting. 
• Preparation and review of board policy. 

Qualifications: CA

Experience: 2 to 5 years
